- No torn, damaged, or missing pages.
- No writing, highlighting, or markings.
- No stains, water damage, or excessive wear.
- Sealed or shrink-wrapped items must be unopened.
- Clearance, final sale, and digital/downloadable products are non-refundable.

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error or defective item.
- If the return is due to an incorrect order fulfillment or damaged item, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Digital books or e-books.
- Gift cards.
- Books marked as Final Sale or Clearance.
- Opened shrink-wrapped books or book sets.
