General Terms

All promotional offers, discounts, and coupon codes provided by E & S Emporium are subject to the following terms and conditions. By participating in any promotion, customers agree to these terms.

Eligibility

• Some promotions may be limited to specific customers, such as new subscribers or returning customers.
• Employees of E & S Emporium and their immediate family members are not eligible for certain promotions.

• Discounts and coupon codes must be used within the validity period and cannot be applied retroactively.

Coupon & Discount Code Terms

• Only one coupon or discount code may be used per transaction unless otherwise stated.
• Coupon codes must be entered at checkout to apply the discount.
• Discounts apply only to eligible products and exclude gift cards, final sale items, and shipping fees unless stated otherwise.
• Coupons have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Returns & Refunds on Promotional Items

• Items purchased using a promotional discount are eligible for returns under our standard Refund Policy, but the refund will reflect the discounted price paid.
• If a free item was included in a promotion and the original purchase is returned, the free item must also be returned.

Modification & Termination of Promotions

E & S Emporium reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances or abuse of the promotion.
